Pilates

Pilates is a great form of exercise as well as a rehabilitation tool.

Pilates is both a dynamic exercise method and a trusted rehabilitation tool. Using a combination of mat work and specialised equipment, we help strengthen and lengthen muscles to improve posture, coordination, and movement quality.

With better alignment comes better performance. Pilates can reduce pain, restore stability after injury or pregnancy, and enhance flexibility, balance, and body awareness.

Our studio features a full range of equipment, including mats, props, a reformer, trapeze table, ladder barrel, Pilates chair, and tower.
